01.

Consultation & Design Customization

During the Initial Consultation, clients discuss their project’s objectives, spatial requirements, and aesthetic preferences with Maple Decor’s design specialists. Clients choose from an extensive library of floral, abstract, and traditional motifs or propose entirely original patterns, providing inspiration images or sketches as needed. The concept phase concludes when both parties agree on the design direction, color palette, repeat size (114–496 cm), and custom dimensions.
02.

Digital Design Finalization & Pattern Transfer

Once approved, the Digital Design is precisely scaled to full rug size using CAD software, preserving motif proportions and ensuring seamless repeat patterns. A full-scale Stencilling guide is produced—either printed or hand-drawn—onto the backing cloth, serving as the tufting/weaving blueprint.
03.

Material Preparation & Color Matching

Yarn selection is tailored to the project’s functional and aesthetic goals, with options including wool, nylon (hard/soft), viscose, and artificial silk. All yarns undergo Precision Dyeing: custom color batches are mixed and dyed in controlled vats to achieve exact shades, then air- or oven-dried to lock in hue consistency. This stage ensures each carpet’s color fidelity, whether replicating brand colors or matching existing interior palettes.
04.

Tufting & Weaving

Maple Decor employs both Hand Tufting and Machine Weaving depending on project scale and texture requirements.

  • Hand Tufting: Artisans use tufting guns to punch yarn loops or cut piles into the backing cloth, meticulously following the stencilled design.
  • Machine Weaving: For ultra-dense, large-area installations, automated looms weave yarns into intricate patterns with exceptional repeat accuracy.
  • Both methods produce a dense pile optimized for acoustics and underfoot comfort.
05.

Backing & Finishing

After tufting/weaving, a layer of Latex Backing is applied to anchor fibers and enhance stability. An additional Reinforcement Layer—cotton or canvas—is laminated to improve tensile strength and prevent delamination in high-traffic environments.
06.

Trimming, Sculpting & Quality Control

The carpet surface is Trimmed to achieve uniform pile height, and Carving techniques are employed to accentuate motifs, adding depth and visual interest. Each carpet undergoes a thorough Quality Inspection, checking for color accuracy, pile consistency, and pattern alignment before packaging.
07.

Inspection & Installation

Completed carpets receive protective wrapping and are shipped with detailed installation instructions. On-site installation services ensure precise fitting, edge gripper placement, and seamless integration with existing architecture.
08.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Maple Decor provides clients with Maintenance Guidelines—including routine vacuuming, spot cleaning, and professional deep cleaning schedules—to preserve carpet appearance and performance. Proper care extends the carpet’s lifespan, maintains acoustic benefits, and safeguards against wear in bustling hospitality or institutional settings.
